Just finished skinning my first ever rabbit and gutting all on my own, may look like a savage attacked it, but no it was jus me and 2 blunt knifes hahaha

Opinel are handy as they are a folding blade, and so can be pocketed and like i say come in a range of sizes. A decent sized one kept sharp will gut most things.
