the fella with the hat on lives not far from me. in his 70s and still breaks them in . a real charector. he will be off to applby in a week or so usually with 2 horses for his hols.

a pal of mine had a bitch bred out of brightmoors ben. years ago now mind. he said it was the best he ever owend. it must have bein a good one as he was a hard man to please and still is. ive listend to many a tale of deep hard digs with his bitch. be interesting what others have to say of this line

got in old bitch that hunts like a spaniel. she will face any cover. my lad uses her to flush to his lurcher. got to keep an eye on her though as she will try and grab anything . i bought the bitch when she was a year old. wasnt down to me her hunting must have bein her previous owner but im pleased as she has bein a decant little dog over the years -
