I've always been shown the way to use the mk1 mk 2 deben box scince I was a young lad. When you get the hang of it it's piss easy, the 2 boxes I have are spot on. Great bit of kit . -
its wierd because there was a lump of fat off the duck left be hind with a good few feathers on it so it looked like it been plucked... the pen is in a wind place so most of feathers had been blown away, you do have some smaller fethers they where on the harris fencing not a lot but a few.. but i just cant get my head around wat would take the 2 duck just over a week.. but the rest off the stock ok...there is a fella that shoots by the place, but he's ok so dnt think it would be a thief. Well last week went to feed chickens and ducks and the geese and there was 1 duck gone ( hen ) few fethers and a decent lump of skin but no duck any where. Went 2 do the same again 2 day and now the cock duck had gone no fethers oh nothing. It's fox proof no way they can get in, it could be a pole cat,maby but couldn't get the duck through Harris fencing so that's out of the question. The only thing I can think of is a BUZZARD, but why hasn't taken the hens???? I thought buzzards only eat off dead animals ect sheep. CWN HELA

That's a nice looking lurcher gaffer, I've seen posts with the dogs you have they all are A1. My uncle use to keep deerhound x.

The reson been why, I like a roughe haired lurcher and greyhound with the speed.would like to get a pup so I could learn its trade.do any of you lads out there know any 1 breeding a litter of this sort. well it was a windy day but it was better to be in the field than be in the house.. so the 4 of us was off out and my brother was with the 410.. we started well got 2 out off the first warren and missing 1 with the 410.moved on to the next warren i netted up every thing on my side and my brother left every thing open on his side in goes the ferret and she was down for about 10min couldnt hear nothing then next thing bang rabbit hit the net and try to go back down and ferret was there to meet it, put ferret inn another warren few yards down the wall and waiting and waiting, but nothing so had a

Well bought my self a lurcher the other nite, she is 14month old 22" neva seen the lamp. so there was a bit of wind and thought try her out, seen first rabbit droped her she neva saw it so droped other dog and the both where off, she tried her best 2 pick it up and the dog got it, she got stuck in with the other dog.. went round the next field and spoted another rabbit so got as close as we could and let the two go again they done a few turns and bang she picked it up..thought the nite was going too good to be true...we went to another location and there was a rabbit in the middle so thou

ferret colars and boxes have been going for big prices on ebay.. i missed a 15ft box + colar new in a box with 10 purse nets spun poly ones and that went for £170. CWN-HELA
