  2. cheer's bill .it was the first time out with the r-10 since getting it back from jb's. i see you've just got your s-10 back from him ,all the comments about him are spot on.i found it cheaper and quicker to drop my rifle of and then pick it up again.spent i/2 an hour talking to him,an amazing man . one thing he did say was to use the gun as often as possible ,they don.t like to be kept idle.

  6. cleaned the barrel on the r-10 this afternoon ,so i thought i'd check its zero ,20 mtr;s being the length of my garden.i also thought i'd try out my casio ex-fc150 high speed camera, which can record 1000-420-240-120 frames per second as well as hd.both rifle and camera were spot on .the camera captured the rifle hitting pellet on pellet, the the last pellet knocking a solid chunk of lead out.will be testing both in the field soon. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaBlNhpMOnI

  8. DECIDED TO GO TO THE PERMISSION THIS AFTERNOON DUE TO THE CHANGE IN THE WEATHER ,I.E , NO WIND. AFTER A 20 SHOT ZEROING SESSION WITH THE DAYSTATE MK4, I HEADED OF TO THE FIELDS. FIRST RABBIT I CAME ACROSS WAS A KIT FULL OF MIXEY NOT LOOKING GOOD . QUICKLY DISPATCHED AND PUT IN PLASTIC BAG .MANAGED TO BAG A COUPLE OF 1/2 GROWN ONE'S ,THEN FINISHED THE RABBIT SHOOTING OF WITH A 52 MTR LAZERED HEAD SHOT, VIDEO SHOWS THE POST WHERE I TOOK THE SHOT FROM. WALKING BACK THROUGH THE FARM YARD I MANAGED TO BAG A COUPLE OF FERAL'S AT A LAZERED 30 AND 25 MTR. A VERY ENJOYABLE AFTERNOON SHOOT, JUST HOP

  18. hi chris i to have just purchased a r10 .my other gun is a mk4 daystate and i can see where your coming from with the build quality.but what you do have is a very accurate and consistent rifle.i tried 2 differant types of pellets.1st daystate high energy 15.9gr chrono 12.2ft lb .2nd rws super field 15.9gr chrono 11.6ft lb.both gave excellent groupings but would advice not to use daystate due to legality.i think the more you use your rifle you will forget about build quility and appreciate what an outstanding rifle the r10 is enjoy it.ste
