im mentoring jd and target ,i got bothe of there birds for them and look forward to seeing them fly after the molt ,target got his at the end of the flying season so he had 2 weeks flying blade free before he went down for the molt

get to the local library mate ,they will have or will get books in for you falconary basics is a good book to start with,get your self on a course and make sure it is for you first mate,as it is expensive to start off and you would be surprised how mant give it up in the first couple of month,its not fair on the bird,see if there is some one local who can take you out mate,im mentoring 2 people at the moment and most people will try to help you out,good luck with it mate
