Yep as you say mate decent cells and a decent charger off ebay, i got one off the guy stabba mentioned earlier, an xtar one or nitecore i4, 20 quid and it will have the batts at exactly 4.2volts on the button every time and keeps the batteries in tip top condition to get the maximum output from them. It can charge four batts together, a big difference in run times when using an indipendant lithium ion charger because it monitors each batt seperate and gives each the exact voltage and current needed to boost each batt. Highly reccomended with 18650's.

Spot on roy, break the casing on your lap top battery and you will find 8, 10 or even 12 18650 cells!! And stabba your spot on mate with them batts, i bought some off the same chap, very nice and informative chap! Fair play.

It has an off on the dial mate!!! Its the one after the highest beam and before the strobe!!

I've ordered one of these but without batteries. Do I need to buy button or flat tops? Button top mate, flat top 18650's wont run this torch! Atb.

Gaffer them batteries are shite!! Tell me after you use them for awhile they are decent!!! They is no such 18650 as a 5000mAh and that is what your ones are labelled as..... There are plenty of reviews of them online!!! None so good!!! Secondly not all 18650's are button top, so for the fella that asked, yes it is 18650 button top cells your after. 3400mAh panasonic protected cells are the best you can possibly buy at the moment. They are around 10pounds EACH......

Yes it is possible to see them this early. I had a row with a lad over this not so long ago!! The old man always says you can start seeing cubs out from paddys day on...... Last christmas i met a very young cub on the road that had just been knocked down, 5/6 weeks old, only one ive ever seen or heard of, if i hadn't seen it i wouldn't have believed it tho!!

Sorry lads, just on here now after a few days. The batteries are comming in the lamps. They are on route ive been informed this morn,just waiting on tracking numbers now. Customs will literally hold the parcel, put a letter through the door to say what you owe, go online and pay it and you will have the parcel the day after. Thats the way it normally works. But the lastest package i got i was tracing it with the tracking number, it showed on there that customs had inspected it and there was a fee due. I was expecting the letter the day after but the courier came the day after and had a slip fr

not yet mate, have sent alot of emails since the money went through, i had a row with them over the price they are putting on the invoice. they reconed they couldn't put down anything other than what each lamp actually cost including shipping, £108 odd quid, but i kicked up and said no way, they had previously agreed to lower the documented price, after telling them to refund the money they eventually agreed to lower the price so if anyone does get caught for duty on them at least the value will be $20 dollars instead of £108 pounds!!!! lol recon we should have tracking numbers early next week

I've sent you £20 over pal I hope it covers a bit of the cost , you shouldn't have to fund anything you've done enough arranging this for the lads .atb bud Mate you didnt have to do that, with the few quid others gave it almost covered it anyway. a lad i know bought a pieps freeride to save a few quid, the same as the one you quoted. not as good as the pieps dsp that came with the b&f set. it was slower and just not as good at locating as the dsp. if your not in a rush stay saving and get the dsp. -
order and money sent. one member couldn't get the transfer sorted so we'll look after him once he gets internet banking sorted. so 17 lamps on the way. $2674.95 sent which cost £1834, i took a small hit on the price due to the banks exchange rate today the f**kers. the lamps worked out at £107.88 each when the money was sent!!!! few lads sent extra so it doesnt work out so bad. just remember ye owe me one lads!!! lol

Thats it now mate, lines are closed!!! I have got all the payments now, and everything sorted. I hope ive answered all yer questions and everyone is happy enough. I am now off for a week in spain with a nice few quid spending money.... Pmsl!!! The money will be transferred to china first thing in the morn along with all yer details. The lamps will leave china about 4 days after they have received the payment. You could go the bank tommorow and pay it in over the counter. How red? I aready have the money in the bank, just don't know how to transfer it.Just to save me from keep on looking back in earlier posts what date would they arrive? PM fox digger for his bank details. Then go into your bank and tell them you want to make a transfer to his bank. Give your bank all the details that fox digger gives you and that's it, sorted. Takes all of 5 minutes. Let me know exactly what your one costs all in when you have it here, we'll compare prices then!! Going through ebay you have a middle man to go through if your not happy, anything goes wrong or you need spare parts, whereas these ones are direct from acebeam. By my calculations the boys are saving around 50 pounds like for like mate.....

5 mate, 14 lamps ordered from 11 people. Few lads cant transfer funds till mon morn which is fair enough, but i will be intending to put in the order tues morn.

Alright mate, the lamps are 104 pounds along with a name address and phone number for the courier, Im not selling them, just ordering them as a gesture to a few lads that were enquiring about them after i posted about the one i got. I can get you one if your interested, money transferred into account asap and the order will be placed with acebeam. Let me know what you fancy doing.
