    Cameron loves being out and about with the dogs....she's a wee trooper and can walk some fair distances....at her own pace... Hoping to get her ferreting for an hour one morning this week.....she'll love that..... im sure she will ... Growing up my dad had pigs , goats , geese, ducks , hens horses ..you name it ..spent a lot of time with him outside or saturdays doncaster livestock market etc great memories ....kids need more than school and tv's / computers in my opinion its same rules with dogs and kids ...put the time and effort in and reap the rewards in future ...happy hunting atb

    Had the pup out today with my 3 year old daughter...... Bit of a jaunt....give Mum a wee break - if being left at home with a boisterous 15 month old thug can be considered a break... Some father daughter time.....which was enjoyed by all... She was well impressed with Iolo's 'feddie' catching effort.......

    Geoffrey Sparrow's The Terrier's Vocation is a really good wee book...... A time and period long gone now......some good stories and advice..... If anyone wants to read it I'm happy to lend it........needs to come back when they're done with it though.....

    Needs fed more than twice a day at 11 weeks...... I always feed pups 4 x small meals daily until they are 6 months and 3 x daily til they're a year old...and twice a day after that..... Personally I would be feeding more than Red Mills....get some good quality flesh and fish, veg and pasta.....

    Yep, it's good stuff but it'd be too much to feed it as the main meat source every day....some of it is about 60% protein....dogs like it though.....

    That's what to do....don't feed every day....add it 2/3 times a week as an add on.....soak it in hot water and add to their normal meat/veg/pasta or whatever...can give them the shits if you feed too much..... It's good stuff....

    That's exactly what I'm looking with a good jacket i carnt understand why they not more popular,? it really sounds like a good x that could do most quarry. with the deerhound in there should give better wind+ feet, just strange you dont see more of this x . I don't think the good bull crosses need deerhound blood to improve wind or feet Ray. Just my opinion. Coat could be an advantage definitely.     I agree mate and just wanted to say thanks to all the good coments and to the lads that are true hunters and just wanted to say a thing or two the pups was born on the 11 and 12 of july I got it rong by one week big deal and to say she had 16 pups and only got 3 left that was sold I think is prity good and I no this is going to sounds like a d#ck speeking but my offer still stands I will match any dog on any game for any money ring me I dident breed my bitch for money breed for me and my pals the dogs left over was sold to cover expences ones agen im not a computer hunter im a true hun

    ....Got married at the quay there ... We got married in Edinburgh...had pics taken at Inveresk Gardens and the harbour and beach in Musselburgh....lovely day....spent a lot of time there when I was a wee boy..... Think were gonna run the lure there on saturday ... That'll be good fun......Rhys will enjoy that.....he's a crackin wee lad.... I know mate. Very proud of him So you should be....you only get out what you put in Lee and that shows mate.....
