yes kiwi think we would seen a few videos from new zealand tis some fine scenery and good fishing one day maybe , dave i was catching them on a local pattern for there called a yellow dancer i think one of the regulars invented it gold bead head tinsel body (rainbow) , grizzle hackle along the body and yellow marabou tail ,also the imative patterns were working too black buzzer fished slow cheers rob

dave its on the duns road before you go out onto the moor ,its not been open a long while ,the fish are a good average size 4- 5 lb ,about £23 a day 4 fish or round about that :whistle: :whistle: cheers rob

cheers mate as you know i had a good mentor or two nipper i am using peanuts shelled monkey nuts got them given from a mate half a sack full they seem to be working ok ,

sorry about that kiwi just noticed the question , most of the rainbows in this country are stocked not wild, they are grown in lagre quantities together not allowing the tails and fins to fully form , so alot of the stocked stiff is like that ,if you do get a fish which has been in a while the fins fully form and are a much better fight like a paddlke steamer, so fishereies do stock decent fish with good fins but not all hope this helps you out cheers rob

had me cage traps out again the other day to see if i can account for more greys on the shoot ,i had been wondering what was taking the nuts now i know it was these to characters i had one on each feeder about 10 yds apart greedy but to there cost they went to far in and paid the price

here it goes mate yer trap has come good for me , i set the two of them on top of the feeders out the way of ground predators :11: , this was the first night down so its one for me the other the nuts were gone ,think iset the trigger bar a bit firm but now its like a hair heres hoping for more cheers rob

charlie a good clip and a fine car ,was in wales in 94 when mcrae won the world championship ,in the subaru ,its a shame he is doing rally raids now he was always good to watch in rallying ,some people called him mcrash but he always was good value cheers rob

paddy thats what holds the peg to the tieler so when the rabbit hits the wire it pulls out the tieler and the peg and twine hold the rabbit cheers rob
