i used to run saluki greyhounds and 3qgrxsal it depends were you run. old don southern did ok with is dogs plenty hound in them -
i had a dog in the 80s who lost half is tail mate. made no difrence to him he killed a lot of long ears,7 long ears one jan morning. i was told he never be the same again.ha ha

at 6 months most whippets are at there full hight. i uselly give 1/2 inch to a 1 inch, so i thinck may be 19 to 20 .

save wasting a season mate i would have some semon tested under a microscope to see if any good of solo , then if no good you can use another dog ,saves missing the season.good luck lads.

when picking a pup ill allways go for best breeding.you wont a good chance of geting a good dog for the sport you do.when picking a pup make sure he or she is not over shot or under shot. make sure its got no hernia.if its a boy pup make sure its got 2 balls.then start looking at feet/length of back chest and all the other little signs. then colour. i like white red blue fawn black.not keen on brindle. but every body to the own.

lucky breeding is ballyregon bob x angie a pure saluki.a brindle dog out this litter called beanie was put to swoop.swoop was directly ou merlin x eve. adog called jo out this liter owend by coufield was put seal .which prodused lucky.

Alright mate if you tell your mate to google www. greyhound data.com and go into tattoos, he'll find out all about the dogs background, this is what the tattoos are for, when the dog was bred, whether English or Irish etc. Mick
