if its just sololey for rabbits ,,,the a lurcher saturated with whippet greyhound,,,depending on the ground u run,,,,rough ground maybe wee bit more working dog in mix and abit o more hight
if it been bad weather during the day so theve not been out feeding ...and windy at night but not cold...then rabbits will be out in force... well thats the plan lol
the only answer i can giv...is you will know......others may have diffrent veiws...but mine is its your dog and u know when ur dogs ready
thou goes without saying not a pup lol
theres no such thing as real woman theses days..the bairns will starve and go about with dirty nappies if it wasnt for real men making sure the kids are feed .watered.and clean...lol
ffs lads...thought this was numbers game..not fighting game
cheers tomo..iam like yerself young kids...dont get out much mainly baby sitting...but this seasons been good to us the times ive managed to get away from nappie changing lol
just spotting rabbits ..i hunt hilly ground and has abit cover ..mate was struggling to pick rabbits..even when i spotted one for him....he also had a supbeam torch with him which threw just a good spot but had more light spill so in my eyes his torch was better
maybe its just me but its bigger than i thought it would look...for giving fields a quick scan just to see whert games sitting..its a big no no..as spots too tight
I have to agree with you there I have some land up on the Scottish hills and the rabbits are the healthyist I have seen massive things I have only been up once this season as I've been busy else were I will have to get up in the next couple of weeks+2
i always hear scottish rabbits are easy....i can easly say the in alot places in highlands the terrian is so bad u wouldnt run in daytime nevermind at night...it aint so easy for dog or owner....but if thats there premission then thats qhat dogs have to run on and thats what makes it twice as hard cause the rocks and ditches can be unreal aat nig
