I shut mine in kennel at night, they settle down then, its part of their routine, couldnt/wouldnt tolerate a yapper or whinger although I tolerate it in pups. When I last reared a collie litter I sold the yappier pups first regardless any other quality I was selecting for
Yappers also draw unwanted attention from dog theives alerting them that you have dogs and can be the cause of friction betwern neighbours
I often wonder same thing as ive the perfect collie bitch here for lurcher breeding
Her sire flint was out of j.diamonds ben x m.gilmartins meg her dam was a hill collie
And she works although not to trialing standard
Baleing twine, the most versatile thing on the farm, you can use it as a fashion accessory for the mart instead of a belt, fix pallets onto holes in fences, tie your exhaust onto your vehicle, use it as a slip lead or to tie gates shut
Ive a pup similar age and im constantly worrying I will make some stupid error and ruin him, have you started stockbreaking your pup yet?
Heres my lad playing with the ferret:
That doesn't suprise me.
Ive a pic somewhere of a huge snake we handled out in the gambia it was a carpet python about 18ft it needed 2-3 handlers but as it was part of this guys snake show at the hotel he got 4 kids out of audience to help carry it including myself, he also had a spitting cobra, some kind of vine snake and a green mamba, theres also pics of me with freshwater crocodiles
i dont think thats what lab meant cg
