Ok just read this on another thread Buy a book called "The working Bedlington" by John Glover Ok I know of John, but has anyone dug any of his dogs, from what I know he was a rabbiting feller. He tried a couple of outcrosses with |Glens but I think they were all too big.

Just got myself a 9 month patterdale terrier but i know nothing about how to look after it how much exersize do they need? Get it Ratting for now and when ready next season start it on bigger quarry, Work is the best excersize

84 hours is the norm when you do the shutdowns, 3, 4 or 5 weeks straight through. mind you I only work 3 days a week from sept til xmas. the joys of being self empolyed
