    Unless you know your permission like the back of your hand and can state there is nowhere that the dogs can go to ground without your say so then they stay on the lead. It's ok letting them off one at a time properly collered up etc if there are a few holes in some gorse or similar,the dogs know better than me. also I let the dog choose where he/she is going to enter. Letting two or more terriers that work to ground off the couple in an unknown area is asking for trouble IMHO

    Plastic pipes are ok if you cut the bottem out so the fox can feel the earth under there feet. As long as you make the entrance so that only fox use it.

    Bob your supposed to dilute it lol :whistle: Seriously use it diluted to what it says on the bottle spray the kennel all the corners and edges of the runs. dilute it evan further and wash the dogs in it , leave it on and let it dry.dogs will be bug free for months. Not suitable for indoor dogs it STINKS :sick:

    Terriers should be Mentally and Physically mature before being entered to quarry. In most cases this will not be before the dog reaches 14 months minimum. Some may enter before, we've all heard of the macho man whoes dog entered at 7 or 8 months, the dogs if they ever did enter that old, will have a short working life as alot of early entered terriers will spew it after a season or two. being over matched by their owners . JMO

I don't know you mate but if you knew me, you'd know I help alot of youngsters get started in fieldsports. If someone is genuine and asks me the right questions I'll be glad to help.     I'm always wary about offending or scaring off youngsters coming onto the board, but am I the only one who has alarm bells ringing when I read this type of post ?. There are alot of Questions being asked at the moment. What is Spannable ? What does Gone to Earth mean ? Etc . If these are genuine questions I will help as much as I can, along with many others on here. If your a youngster or from another country , please let us know we may be less scathing.
