    I use a Falcon Menace FFP 4- 14 x 44, And it doesn't change my POI whatever mag i use, It can be 10x 12x 14 x or 8x as the Reticle Increases or Decrease's with the Chosen Magnification. But i Tend now to stick to 12x, As its also ideal for HFT, And all my Zero aim points stay the same through out the Mag range. :thumbs: . regards Daz.

    Like everyone has said, Todays Spring or PCP Rifles are Accurate, Its the Operator at the Firing end that is the Weak link, To which the only Answer is Practice Practice Practice, Whether with Spring or PCP be at one with your Bang stick, I'm happy with Spring or PCP, Shoot as well with both, So get out there and enjoy your Shooting :hunter: . regards Daz

    HW 97 K all the way for Me, Owned the HW 97 KT Synthetic and What a Superb Gun, Second would be the Pro sport another fantastic Gun. Wouldn't touch the lightning though :bad: . regards Daz.

    Good shooting Lads, Sympathy to Darryl with touching Electric fence, I do it all the time at least twice in a Day sometimes as i get so ingrossed in getting within shooting distance i always zap myself :no: , Doesn't help it surrounds all of my shoot. regards Daz

    If Chair gun works for people good on them, Me i'm crap with Computers so did it the old fashioned way once i found the pellet my Rapid loves, Which is the Gaystate Li's @ 7.9 gr, I just shot targets on 12x Mag with the Falcon Menace FFP @ 8y,10y,15y,20y,25y,30y in 5 yrd intervals right out to yrds and just marked it down on paper till i remembered every aim point on my Reticle, And its near enough the same aim points all through the Mag range thanks to the First Focal Plane on the Falcon, And its good to see people with different set ups still having Superb results.     Good shooting Fella's, Andy brought his R10 to the Meet, A lovely looking Rifle and who can Blame him not taking it out in the Rain I'd be the Same, My Rapid is out in all weathers and the stock is Scratched marked and a small split in the bottom of the stock, But its a Hunting Tool and no way as pretty as an R10, So if i had an R10 MK2 fine weather only for Me. regards Daz

    Good footage Gary Bud, Never seen a Black Rabbit round here yet, Love shooting Squirrels as they have Lightning reflexes,Also haven't tried scope cam, But it does look a pain for acquiring targets even though the footage is worth the Hassle. regards Daz

    Wouldn't go hunting yet Bud, Get some range time with your springer with targets from 8,10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 in yards see where your pellets are hitting at these ranges with a 1 inch kill zone as your max target at all these ranges, And when you can shoot Confidently placing your pellets in the 1 inch target at these ranges then you will be ready to learn stalking and hunting techniques. regards Daz.

    On my Old Theoben Sirroco .22 Gas Ram , Which had a Lively kick on her, But was as Accurate as any Rifle, I never felt the Need to fit a Bipod on a Break barrel as it was to much faffing about, the idea of a break barrel is the simple pleasure of shooting it and loading quickly for the next shot, A bipod on the break barrels just spoils the pleasure for Me. regards Daz

    As above, For all the lads and Lasses who made the Meet , You couldn't meet a Nicer Bunch of people, Great to meet Old faces and new ones, I placed 3rd Gary in the PCP, Which im happy with as i've only had the Rapid Since June, Not Bad eh Millsy & Andyz with there Gaystate Rifles and Pink feathers , And we gave the Target Tart's a good run for their Money, Well done Chas on coming Second Excellant shooting Bud, And Davy the Bully and Fellow long range firebird target shooter 2 shots 2 kills Bud .     Out Yesterday Teatime, As i couldn't make it on Tuesday, Shot Squirrel up a Canadian Maple tree covered in Ivy, He came up at top of tree and stayed a little bit to long so i managed to introduce him to base jumping from trees. Had a Brew then Went Rabbiting, Two shot between 50 to 53 yards, One at 42 yards, And the little one at point Blank as he snook around the tree where i was shooting prone to surprise me as he popped about 3 to 5 feet from end of Barrel. So i just guessed and hit him right between the eyes, So that Jack Pyke Ghillie suit works a Treat. regards D A Z.

    Forget co2 for Hunting Bud, Affected to much by Temperature, You'll also Have to Up your Budget a little also, Only two real Brands here Mate, HW & Airarms. Go to your local Gun shop and try various Models for fit and your personnel taste and what feels right in your shoulder. regards Daz.

    No work today so i thought i'll go to my permission, Lovely sunny day and a bit of a breeze, Got to permission about 11 am has i had a nice lazy day ahead. had a Brew then went for a Mooch around, First Rabbit shot @ 37 yrds, He was sun bathing about 3 ft from the hedge. Second about 46 yrd just crossing open field and heading for the burrows in the woods. Last rabbit 55 yrds one and a half mill dots down and an inch to the left for wind drift Had a Brew and packed up after gutting and skinning Rabbits, then home for Tea. regards D A Z Group Photo.

    Good find Moley, And Cheers Dave. It say's for my 12 litre 300 bar cylinder, If my Rapid MK 2 400cc is totally empty it will fill it up 14 times @ 200 bar pressure, And alot more as i don't let it drop to a 100 bar before refill so should be Approx 24 fills :clapper: , Bearing in Mind My Buddy bottle shoots 200+ Shots anyway. Result Cheap air, What us Thrifty Welshmen like regards Daz

    Just purchased a Second hand 12.2 Ltr 300 bar Cylinder, Test from 16/02/2011, For £160, Need your Experienced PCP Lads Help. How many fills can you roughly expect to fill a 400 cc Buddy bottle ?. Been told for a 7 ltr you get approx 8 full fills from empty, So approx about 12 - 14 full fills from a 12 ltr, Does this sound about right from you lads?. regards Daz.
