I have to agree with u rippem. Every word of what your saying is exactly what has been going around in my head. I'm going to give him a week on antibiotics and after that if he's still doing it i will be putting him down.

Yes neil he would be tightly bred and is a highly strung dog. I've gave him ivermec before with no job. I'm going to put him on a course of synlox and seen what happens I was talking to one of the lads earlier and he mentioned stuff like your on about neil so I'll try that to

I taught the same about the flea allergy but I've washed him up with sheep dip a few times went through him and not a sign of a flea. I think it might have started like that but now he's just got into a bad habit of doing it.

He was gifted away as a pup and he gave him back to the breeder when he was 16 months or that. Which in turn he gifted me him. When u got him he was chewing hid tail a small bit but in the last week or two he's starred earing it. If he stats going the way he is he won't have a tail in two weeks and that's not exaggerating it

Right lads I've a terrier here that is eating his tail. And when I say eating I don't mean chewing it is mean he's after eating and inch of length of it. I've dosed him washed him in sheep dip I've even muzzled him. I'm at a widths end now lads it's gone to the stage where I'm thinking very strongly about putting him down. Has anyone any suggestions on what to do

He was a cracking dog to dig to but I haven't a clue who bred him. I got him trough a mate when he was 11 months old.

I gave over 200 for a pair of haix and I can't fault them foright digging a bit heavy but when there wore out I'll buy another pair. But I'll be getting them of ebay ad Daniel said. 2 of my mates got them on eBay and you can't fault them for that price

That's the very reason I pts anything that doesn't suit me. It would kill me to know someone had bred out of a dog that wasn't up to standard and passed on the pups as proper digging dogs and a genuine lad wasting his time rearing it for 18 months just find out he's wasted his time.
