    Simo it's funny you should say that about the sturgeon mrs dad had one bout 2 1/2 foot long that would come to the side of the pond to have it's nose rubbed of be fed lol that grew from couple inches to that size very quick but died in a power cut on hot day when they were abroad.     not relly in to frsh water fish but got a pair of red bellied piranha but until recently had marine aquariums and now iv moved will get another reef tank looking to get a 6x3x3 but the cost of running and setting it up is atrocious

    I'd use one if I had one as I got 5 dogs 2 are not mine just looking after them but to take 5 dogs out at same time is madness done it but look like a right berk when 4 of them are very strong n see something they want to chase so have to do at least 2 walks a day and they have to be good walks so it would be usefull chuck them on for 15/20 min at jogging speed in morning

    I would say mid nineties were the start where a lot of brownfield/edge of town were built on there used to be a very large derelict farm near me we had good dirt tracks for riding motorbikes on barns where we used to keep chickens in the amount of rabbit n fox there was unbelievable now thr huge factories and big road going through it
