    Running them as a pack.What do you expect? sorry i dont get what you mean by your reply mate me and my mate run 2 lurchers and 6 terriers as a pack so i should expect them to maul a sheep ??? o and then you have all the hunts up and down the country do you think they are a mobile slaughter house ???? You must be some man,running 2 lurchers and 6 terriers past sheep without any trouble Hounds are a different story.

    To be honest, they're all popular. Chicken, leek and mushroom with a flaky pastry lid.... or... classic steak and kidney, braised slowly in a rich, red wine gravy and encased in crisp, golden shortcrust....... or mixed game, with wild mushrooms, cooked slowly with juniper, redcurrant jelly, wine and herbs and topped off with buttery, parmesan shortcrust.....I've loads in the 'aul repertoire Gosh Feel free to pm me some recipes ... might make my OH a bit happier than yet another chicken breast with salad :laugh: I struggle with chicken breast & salad i shame to say .
