To be honest, they're all popular.
Chicken, leek and mushroom with a flaky pastry lid.... or... classic steak and kidney, braised slowly in a rich, red wine gravy and encased in crisp, golden shortcrust....... or mixed game, with wild mushrooms, cooked slowly with juniper, redcurrant jelly, wine and herbs and topped off with buttery, parmesan shortcrust.....I've loads in the 'aul repertoire
