    We once had a dog that couldn't kill a fox in a earth...she was a mixer with them but put her in a rockpile she could kill them in quick time if they couldn't bolt... she was bred out of two digging dogs to.. lives up to the age of 15 in till she drank antifreeze out of a mucky puddle from a tip while ratting...we had one pup out of the old girl who was too hard for her own good .. bitch was killed in a pile at cowling at 7 years old..

    You no how I work my dogs ratface... they stay till they dug and you seen them in the piles ..yes I have some that will never see rock.. but thats were nowing what your dogs gonna be like at a young age .. like I've said before they get tried in places where I get to see what ther about.. I have said before to you I like them to hit them hard eather bolt him or finish him... that's the sort I have had for years and what my old man has had...i have only 1 bitch now which works rocks not the type id preffer but she does the job i ask...

    Don't no why folk say ther is no rock dogs .... the fact is folk don't no how to bring them up on the rocks... I said it before on another post ... ther loads of digging dogs out ther that will work rock... but they have to be on the rock from an early age... soon as mine are jabed ther on them... haven't done like I did on the rocks with having a new born but Carney wait for next season..... but the new stock I have coming up will work rock and dig ... as I expect them to do both...

    i wonder how many of these lads claim to have his stuff actually work the dogs in rightfull manner... most I here ther worked in a manner to which the owner are not fit to own a gerbal ...working ther dogs sore ..so called testing a dog to the max bullshit.. trying to be heros in company show off .. not only this breed of dog but many of the other name of breeds to.. then they put them down when they fail as all dogs will given to much...

    Had to get a machine out one day as Bernie clide was in a spot 8.6 meter deep in a sand earth.. the sand was shit on them valleys ... kept caving in was lucky to get him

    we had a dog go into a spot on the Saturday first fox bolted and was shot but the dog dident show ..later that night a second fox came but still no dog.. we had to block the pile best we could and put coats and food in as in the past when a dog spends the night you get ther in the morning and ther generally sat curled up on ya jacket waiting behinde the the rock you blocked the entrance with... so dog went in Saturday and we couldent here nothing all week.. then on the friday we was back early morning un blocking the pile and lisening to see if we could here out.. the wind was so bad it was p
