    frontline or duramitex i find the best,ive used both on dogs and both work great ,duramitex is for birds but years ago i met a well known terrier man who told me to try it which i did 2 bottles in a tub dogs dipped soaked with a spounge then washed kennels out and soaked interior of sheds when finished doing dogs with what was left worked fantastic

    I tried fitcam w when you said millet did work but find the duramitex was far better still saw a few the next day with fitcam w but never seen another for weeks since I done the shed with duramitex

    duramitex millets best stuff by far mention it to anyone who as used it and I guarantee they will agree,this new duramitex plus not much cop but the old stuff kills them and with diluteing in water last 3 times longer you will not go wrong like I say ask the lads who used it totally gets rid of them

    cheers Spartan I think lads who breed these birds get addicted but I started like many others 1 flight which led to 3 breeding hulls 8 flights and a lot of time still thanks again

    goldie cock /bullfinch hen bred them around 8 years ago not the easiest but kept at it and ended up with 2 good seasons

    bred a few hybrids tuffty bully/goldie linnet/goldie goldie/siskin also bred a few mules over the years but now fancy having a go at the eumos and the satinnets also keeping the sibo goldies white top and cinnamon sibo bullies just aviaries now and like I said british goldfinch bred for 12 years and they will go at end of moult but never totally give up only canaries and down sizeing

    After so long pete breeding canaries,i have now decided ill finish this year.Ive bred nearly every breed there is to breed and I thought long and hard last year and decided ill try another season and see how I feel,but after so much time spent with canaries I nearly turned into one,days consist of 5am rise birds took 1 1/2 hrs in the morning to do go to work, come back at 6 then another 2 hrs in the hulls,weekend 5hrs a day but like I said wont be totally packing in just canaries and british goldfinch need a little family time especially after the mrs putting up with it for 23 years but will s

    As you can see from my post after 20 years of canary breeding this will be my last season,bred 137 this year and done it all now,keeping some for pete and the other lad over there the rest will go tomo,just had enough and need a brake from the canaries.Will not give up totally as keeping the bullies and a few sib goldfinch but going are the boxes with the canaries and a few more aviaries will be put up.Before anyone asks canaries have already gone to another breeder as for others I promised gnasher a pair of this years greys and a mate will take a few so if ya need any greys pm me and ill see

    well had a good season up till now( 17 greys out and flying,bullys got the gapes but got over it now so will leave to next season got 137 canaries out and stopped for season, 5 pairs goldies all sitting again due to hatch this week and next so hopefully have this next round and that's me for the season.
