    i have just got a first cross she coming up 12 months, not seen a bunny yet first time out this weekend so fingers crossed. hoping all go's well as hoping all my future workers will come from this bitch!

    this is in no way aimed at the poster of this topic!! a while ago i took a bitch in (owner was going to shoot it as he was off to prison) spent hours teaching the dog some manners getting it fit, retrieving ect. knowing that i would have to re-home the dog!! plus vet bills!! injections and microchip! so i re-homed the dog with someone off here! was all genuine saying all the right things would never pass it on! its a pet.(free of charge by the way) and i said i would always take it back. when i was on my holidays got a lovely letter from Cardiff dogs home!! telling me the dog was there

    I think our kids need protection against watching stuff like this and to enjoy childhood, they will find out soon enough what the real world is like!! my kids live in a bubble and i intend to keep it that way as long as i can.

    There just sick and the people that post and share this stuff are no better! like you say once its in your head hard to get out of there! when i was a kid i watched a film called threads! did not sleep right for months! that was tame to compared to these be-headings.

    Never think the grass is greener!! 9 times out of 10 it's not!! I have been with the wife for 23 years married for 13 of them spilt up for a few months about 15 years ago until a saw sense! And worked it out!! An old friend of mine put it best after he was widowed and remarried! He said " he had trained his first wife up! Now he having to put up with someone that someone else as trained!!! ATB

    No such thing as a time waster if they turn up! It's them that ring and get to hold something back them don't turn up!!! If it's not for u just be honest about it. That's why we have the lurcher merry go round!!!

    Do you let him have a sniff about before you start lamping??? i always let mine have a run in a field were not lamping for 5 before we start so he can warm up and a crap!!

    if you do go down this road! there is know need to zap him! they have a buzz setting on the collar! first try recall training first! i found getting the dog to heel at my side on command helped with recall now when out lamping i dont use a lead, quick whistle and he back at my side just a shame i dont lamp much lol ATB

    used to get added to groups all the time on there!! full of messers and pedallers one kid had 42 dogs though his kennel last year! he said none run they way he liked them to! if they did not catch first night out up for sale day after! with £50 on top of what he paid plus a few years knocked of its age and the tag as done all quarry! not bad in less than 24 hours!! but he did end up getting slap of someone he ripped off, so every cloud and all that lol.

    I got one Thursday, took a punt on a 10 month old bitch fitting in nicely with my pack can't wait to get her out ferreting, turns out one of my Facebook friends recognized the dog and have found out where and how it was bred, the lad I got it off was a nice genuine guy. She is bullwhip x beddy (not much bull) Happy hunting
