Have been looking around now for a while trying to locate a litter of genuine first cross! they seem to be like gold dust from genuine working lines! have seen a few advertised on preloved and pet4homes! but to be honest i don't mined the big price tags they place on these pups! if am paying good money i want some evidence that there bred from working stock!! Is there anyone on here who breeds this cross?? or pure working beddys?? ATB
  4. Keep your cool and wait! Stand still call her back, if no joy start walking away call her again! When she does come back lots of praise maybe even a treat she will get the hang of it! Beddy crosses are known to get there head down and hunt up and go def!! Keep at it she will come good. ATB

  12. We sat down and came up with a way to save money or lose 20 job then put it to the vote! Sadly me giving up 18 1/2 hours would not make a difference in this case as its not in my department!   13. your thinking of tax credits! statutory sick pay!! is paid by the employer which is highly unlikely to be in your contract of employment!! you can claim housing benefit if your on a low income anyway! but what if you own your home!!!!

What about if the work is not there......do you think the company should still just pay?.......maybe even if it meant the firm may end up going skint and having to put a complete workforce out of jobs? As with many with your type of mentality, you would rather see a firm go skint out of spite then use these type of contracts for the few in order to keep the firm in business and maybe protect the jobs of many. We have people where i work on them!! only about 6 people most are at the end of there working life's but some are trying to rise a family with no guaranteed income as they cant claim anything while not working!! I love how people always blame EU regulations as some sort of millstone round employers necks!! i mean how bad is the EU making legislation to stop people dying and being exploited in the workplace giving people the rights to family life!!
