    Hi all, I'm a clay shooter that has been asked to look out for a few foxes. I'm not a bad shot at the clays but have never shot a fox, I don't have an issue with doing so (bloody things are emptying hen houses around here) but if I have to shoot one I want to do it humanely. Could anyboy tell me (assuming a well placed shot) what is a clean kill distance with a 12 bore? Thanks, Mick.

    Hi all, Can you clear something up for me please? I'm looking for a semi for occasional rough shooting, a colleague of mine who has been shooting for years is recommending a Hatsan Escort, I admire his experience but I've only heard bad reports of this SG. Is he correct or talking $hite? Mick.

    Before I start I'd like to say that this is not intended as a racist post, but I would like to share something. Last week I was reading a free issue newspaper that I picked up at work, the article was a report on the state of some of the poorest areas of Manchester, in the report it stated that in the poorest areas only 30% of the population has English as it's first language! How the hell have we allowed our country to have so many immigrants? Please don't get me wrong, I know that "Britain" has always accepted immigrants (unless you are a 100% Celt it's unlikely you don't have so

    Hi all, Can anybody tell me how you go about changing an FAC that has been granted for target use only to one which would allow me to take foxes on a friends land? I know the land will need approving, just wondering about my FAC. Many thanks, Mick.

    Hi all, A mate of mine has joined the same range as me which is located in Greater Manchester's turf but he lives in an area that falls under Lancashire Police, which force does he submit his FAC application to? His only justification will be target shooting. Cheers, Mick.

    Hi all, Quick question if you don't mind. Can anybody tell me how many photographs you have to send with a coterminous application please? I think it's four, two signed by the person applying and one signed by each referee. Am I right? Cheers, Mick.

    Hi all, I'm looking for peoples opinions on Bettinsoli Shotguns. Looks like I can get a new Bettinsoli for the price of a second hand Beretta or Browning. Is this because they are cr@p? Out of the three what would you buy? Thanks, Mick.

    Hi all, I'm looking to buy my first shotgun which will be for clays only (DTL & Skeet) and I'm getting a little confused. If you take the Beretta Silver pigeon as an example it appears to be available in at least three variants; Trap, Sporter & Game. Is there much difference between them and if so which variant would be best suited for me? Many thanks, Mick.
