You used to play football to a pretty good level didn't you wilf? You must've been pretty determined to do that. It's the same thing really with any sport I suppose. Personally, football bores the life out of me, never enjoyed it, even in school when we had to play it sometimes. Athletics, boxing, and weight training especially, is what switched me on ?

Katch, 20 pullups is good going WITHOUT added weight. Can I just suggest adding a day or two of rest between sessions if it's grinding you down a bit. You are working manually as well, and that extra day or two of rest might be all you need. Anyway, just a suggestion ?

My view on big cats in britain is pretty simple. While there may or may not be an actual established breeding population of any particular species, there are enough ignorant, misguided individuals that do keep them, then release them when they realise they can't cope, for whatever reason. And on top of that you get the not infrequent zoo/wildlife park etc escapees. And again, let's not forget, that to all the people that go on about licencing etc, of dangerous pets/animals etc, murder is illegal in this country, heroin, crack cocain etc etc is illegal, but HALF THE COUNTRY is taking allso

Personally, I don't think tyson fury does actually take a really good shot, he's been over quite a few times, and I know it's not the same as getting ko'd, but not going to argue over it. From what I remember, the punch that dropped ortiz had more speed, snap and power to it, and was delivered straight as an arrow. Whatever, fury can't afford to fanny around

Yes, definitely got to stay focussed if he wants to stay away from that right hand. He can't afford to fanny around like he did last time. If wilder caught him with the same punch he dropped ortiz with on saturday, he wouldn't have got back up

Lol seriously makes you think just how protected he's been, or how many chinless opponents he's actually been fed, to have such a high ko and win ratio.
