Check this for me wilf. Just did a bit of googling, and it says, the first king of ireland, was Henry V111, and the first queen catherine parr, in 1541, after doing away with the title 'lordship of ireland'. That being the case, how long does one actually go back in history, to try to categorise what we are today? The first scandinavian settlers? The norman conquest of enger land, that were anglo saxons etc etc? I used to love all this ancient history caper, but my interest is dwindling as my age is increasing lol ?

The merlin gun shop in pontypridd is shut til all this nonsense is over. Tony's in caerphilly, and keen's in aberkenfig were open yesterday, and be open again monday. I've got one of my guns that had work done on it weeks ago, to be picked up from the merlin. But I'm in no rush, and won't be travelling anywhere really, unless it's crucial

Lol well after jesus, if there's such a person lol. Most of these 'Britain first 'national front' type people will only tell you what they, rather, 'than what you want yo hear. Almost ALL 'pure whiter than white english, people in this country are FAR FROM IT, and well they know it. Which is one of the reasons why they all HATE people of this country that aint 'genetically WHITE' Lol. It goes back a few thousand years, when this tiny little island welcomed EVERYONE from around the world. Pure 100% 'white english?!' Do me a f***ing favour lol

Exactly the same here mate. I'm only roughly 5.5 miles from you. People, several of, out drinking, picnicking etc, absolue MADNESS!! Don't know what the lockdown rules etc are around the country, but as far as I can fathom, MOST people are thinking it's like an extened bank f***ing holiday!!!

Been tempted a few times to get back into myself, this last few years. Had zebras finches, bengalese, a few canaries and waxbills years ago. All fairly good, easy breeders. But reading of the problems that 'can' arise with native finches, unless you get everything spot on, sort of puts me off. Anyway, yeah, more pics lol. Some of you lads on here have cracking setups ?
