  1. ? having only one arm is a massive difference, to just being a few inches shorter than someone, especially if you intend to fight in a boxing match, the guy with TWO arms obviously having the 'slight' advantage! ?? Hypothetically speaking, of course ? ............. ? ?
  2. I've never understood the reasoning of charging more for certain colours, or even when it started? But why blue, especially the ridiculous difference in the price of blue staffs to say brindle, red etc? And I have to say, personally, I find it a horrid colour in staffs
  3. He's reduced the price of these whippets. They're a steal now at £2500 ?
  4. f***ing my own head up! ?. But come on, how can a greyhound/collie/greyhound be three quater bred? It can't, it's two thirds greyhound one third collie .........
  5. Ok, I'll make it easier for people to get what I'm saying. Leaving percentages out of it. Three thirds make one whole. A greyound/collie/greyhound has two thirds grehound and one third collie. None of that equates to 75% greyhound and 25% collie. Not to my way of thinking anyway ?
  6. Why is a greyhound/breed/greyhound, or whippet/breed/whippet, always referred to as a three quarter bred? Without getting into percentages, surely it's more correct to say it's a two thirds bred. Obviously, fractions etc isn't my strong point, as I simply can't get my head around dogs bred as above being called threequrter bred. 'Breed' = collie, bull, beddy etc
  7. Yeah I think his line had a drop of manchester terrier in them ?
  8. What if the dog wasn't that long? What could people call it then?
  9. Excuse my ignorance lads, but what's an LGD dog?
  10. Anyone who buys one of those whippets need a word with themselves, AND LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY. £3000 for a whippet?!!
  11. My mrs was looking yesterday, cockers cavaliers, anywhere from £2000-£3000, even 'sprockers' £1500. f****n madness. First two kc dogs I bought with my own money, a whippet, and a gsd, both £50 lol. Was nearly 40 years ago mind lol. But they were very healthy. Some of these dogs, bulldogs, sharpeis etc, will cost you near enough the asking price of them back and fore the vets. Not for me I'm afraid

Yes you're correct G. Myself and my lad were on the lookout for a suitable pup for keith, when the collie/whippet didn't happen for him. Had 3 litters within 4 days of looking, but they weren't quite what he was looking for ?

  16. I agree, but fury has already proved, in the 1st fight, in which he should've got the decision, that he can outbox wilder, and in the 2nd fight, proved he can also outfight him. As you say, this 3rd fight is a bit pointless
