Good for you taking birds out of season... No need to reply because i know the answer..... out of season ? by how many days, shoots i help out on have already had invitation days for the surrounding farmers Doesn't matter if its 1 or 100 its still out of season. The shoots you help out on need shut down then if there shooting pheasants before october.

Have a goose.... got a goose last year,cooked it just to see what it was like,dried up like an arabs sandal.so still havent tried it lol yea yea it was the way it was cooked.should have done more research Yeah they can do that with over cooking. Get the bacon over it and cut the time back. More like beef than chicken due to there eating habits. Seemingly swans are like the best roast beef.....
