labtastic, i think a lot of people would freeze with fear or simply be unable to do that. Thats maybe true but were not talking about a little nip here, surely you would go into survival mode.....and what about the other person in the house, they should have had enough time to step in?

Just seen this on the news.....how can a dog kill somebody in a house when there is another person in the home...? surely you could make it to the kitchen to grab a knife.......seems very strange

Cheers I'll just do that. There's no shooting on the place now. Used to be a nice little syndicate too but when it was sold it all stopped. Would be nice to speak to the new owner to see if pigeon shooting would be allowed too.

Exactly my thinking this ..........its not like its a couple of branches, it would be full 30ft trees to come down to do the job properly. Anybody know for certain though whos legal obliged to do it.....?

Anybody on here work for BT or know the answer to the question.....???????? After the first bout of snow my phone line snapped, BT the shower of fucks said they would have it fixed for the 15th and thats it just done today. Disgrace!!! Now for the past few years the trees have played a part in damaging the phone lines as well and because i live about 500 yards of a public road the lines have to come up my private drive. So does anyone now if its my legal obligation to cut these trees or is it BT's..? I hope its BT's and i can get the lazy fuckers out to do the job.....

Not back completely mate, still on the phone. BT just refusing to come out now the dirty b*****ds!!! Thanks for the concern about the op though. As you well know it wasn't a sex change but because of severe back pain I had to get 6 inches taken off the tadger. Doc says that the 12 inches I have left should be functioning by Xmas!
