I certainly am sweating like a mo-fo and my heart is going good guns so i know i'm getting fitter mate. I started of at 10.5kmph for 15 mins and now i'm up to 12.5kmph. So what your saying is keep at the 12.5kmph and increase the minutes.?? Hoping to do a 10k in the future......maybe this year.....maybe not...

Well i'm heading for 3 months at the gym and still loving it. Muscle building and getting fitter but now i'd like to know what i should do on the treadmill. At the moment i am doing 15mins at 12.5kmph at a .5 gradient. Now would it be better to stick at this speed and do a longer time or should i just stick to the time but increase the speed? Cheers.....

Only ever tasted Roe as thats all we have here. Heard that Red is alot stronger but most people i speak too say that Fallow is the best. I'd struggle to tell the difference i bet? To be fair if its cooked correctly its all delicious....

Helped my fair share of folk out and vice versa. Must say the biggest bit of trust was when i went to Old Trafford to watch the Celtic play some shite English side, we wont get bogged down in details but Giggs dived for a penalty...............anyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyway as i was saying we never had a ticket and my mate bumped into a fellow Tim in the hotel and this guy gave us 2 tickets. Granted it was for the Man U end but f**k it we went in anyway. He never took any money and said he'd get it after the game...... ....pretty trusting i'd say. So we did meet up with him after the match
