Nice read that. I always like to know how long to hang any types of game for.... Only thing i would say is some folk have better sensing taste buds than others. There will be people out there that couldn't tell the difference from venison and beef never mind 2 different types of venison.....

Love these threads. Always annoys me that my political and historical knowledge is shite.....
