Had a company a while back in too look at a possible turbine set up. Was hoping for a big one and to rent it out instead of buying. The guy reckoned where I'm situated I won't get much wind, aye right!!!! Its a windy place where I am and if Scottish woodlands would hurry up and clear fell what they say there going to clear fell ill be the windiest f***ing place in fife.... Lol

That's different all together. Why should a heron that's causing bother not be shot? Do you have a problem with pigeons or crows getting shot, if not then what's the difference?? I'm not interested about the legalities either cause that's a farce!!Say's the guy with a pet fox You have to stick to what your allowed to shoot one guys version of bother will vary hugely from another and you could end up shooting everything in the countryside Pet fox.. Lol If you want it your too late, probably rotted away like the other 4 vermin swines.

Well i'm going to stick to my guns and say a professional photographer there on the day to perform a job is different to some member of the public with there phone out. As guys like Socks is trained to help people in distress when others are struggling to cope a photographers mind set is to get photos of the event. Dont get me wrong i'm sure on the day they would have been told numerous times in not so polite terms to put down the camera and help but again i think there mind set would be top get snaps.....

Pictures of the scene i can half understand.................but a picture taken specifically of 1 person lying with limbs hanging off.............i cant understand that. I don't get that either. I saw the pictures too, some were horrible. Why take a picture of a guy with both legs blown off?? That's crossing the line (no pun intended). And then selling those images on to the press etc?? c**ts trick. Imagine them being asked by their grand children in years to come "were you in the Boston bombings?" Remember my Dad telling me about one day when he was heading to work...a guy overtook the car he was travelling in and at the next bend crashed and rolled of the road. He and the other folk got out and went to help....someone went to phone for an ambulance. He said the guy was in a bad way, burst up and blood everywhere. They made him comfortable before the ambulance go there then he headed to work. A wee bit later he had to go and sit in the office......someone trained in first aid pointed out it might be a bit shock and he ended up sleeping for about 3 hours or so...........amazing how adren

Interesting that mate........can i switch it around though. We all know your ex army but would you say you'd be the type to dive straight in or would you kick into saving others mode. Would your brain go straight to thinking about more possible bombs and the safety of others first before helping the injured? Whats for the best? I know running away and saving yourself wouldn't be an option for you.....i'd really really hope i'd be the same...

Mad isn't it. Seems to be the default setting these days though - something happens, and people grab a phone and take a pic/film - doesn't seem to matter what it is, or how inappropriate. I know they may get evidence and stuff from the pics, but really ? People thought the best think to do when 2 bombs have just gone off is to "take a pic" ? Interesting though isnt it, peoples reactions. I spent about 3 hours just watching the coverage the other night and there must have only been about 10-15 mins of news and the rest was just repeated. I watched when the blasts go off who decided to leg i

To be fair he sounds a right gimp.........But one thing that i have always wondered about is if these so called Terrorists are so hell bent on killing as much people as possible then why dont they hit someplace where theres a mass gathering. Like a football/rugby match...the recent olympics would have been another major target? to much security, and if there bomb failed to detonate outside a football ground the fans would rip'em from limb to limb. Too much security??....If they wanted to pass a check point it would be simple. Christ they managed to steal 2 planes. And i doubt very much
