Nope they could f**k off if that was the case.......hate it when they go down the money route to solve a problem. I think its too expensive as it is.....why should we have to pay anyway? If your proven to be suitable to have a license then that should be enough and you should be given one until you do something that warrants loosing it. You dont pay for a new car license every 5 years!!!! -

I'm far from a cat lover but thats not going to work......dog kills cat with collar on, throw collar away............ Now youve just got dogs going about killing cats all over the place. But a compulsary bell is a good idea for warning garden birds. Maybe educating folk on where to feed birds in the garden away from bushes and stuff would help also......

Like a nice bit roast beef I hear??... Loln thpinkfoot tastes a lot like beef I know.... There bloody lovely...:-) the first one i ever cooked i placed on a wire tray in a bigger tray expecting the usual load of fat.....................not one spot of fat in the tray I cooked one for Xmas dinner and made an arse of it.... Like eating a f***ing Pirelli tyre...:-(
