  6. not to hijack a thread but Si if your up this way again your only 20 mins down the road from mine your all more than welcome to have a crack at some serios acre'age
  7. sory for the late reply but been out shooting alot latley but to your question i reckon its worth £450 of anyones money with a bottle in test
  8. no sorry mate if its been to john it means its been re built to his (blueprints)original design and replaced all the parts bsa scrimped and saved on in production if its been to Simon howarth aka tweaky or tench then its probably regulated oh and dont worry about the bsa's floating barrel its a very sturdy blank that they use and its fixings in the action are very secure
  9. @ pianoman, what's the retained energy in sub 12ftlb at 100yrd's and what cal are you using?
  10. would most deffinatly effect your poi
  11. you could always pick up a nv monocle from lidl or aldi and make an adapter to fit on your scope you'd be looking at about 100 to 130 for that way all in
  12. i'd be tempted to try bis mags in .177,jsb exacts heavies or crossman prem's heavies all very well made and seem about right in .177 around the 10gr point or slightly more but seem to hit well and stay fairly accurate in wind but my personal choice in .177 for pcp has been daystate rangemaster Li's they seem to do well in most barrels but are affected by the wind quite a bit but when you see the groupings you wont be dissapointed
  13. the t10 is a good rifle but for the money i would be tempted to (pardon the punn)hunt down a hornet multi shot its basically the same rifle but regulated and you can probably pick one up cheaper than the t10 and if you like the tac stock the hornet action fits in the t10 stock with minor adjustment just my 2 cents worth
  14. yes most deffinatly as your pellet will be flying faster therefore flatter and your point of impact will be generally higher any adjustment no matter how minimal will affect your poi so do what your doing to your rifle and then set your scope once your happy
  15. go to a good shop one with a range and try them both only you can decide which one is then best for you i have shot both but only owned the hw100k and they were both great to shoot
  16. if its internal noise (from what i remember of the x20 it was quiet ) try wrapping it up in camo cloth that may dampen the sound abit, but if its really that loud then maybee you have a problem and it needs a strip and re build, the one we had at the club was fairly quiet
  17. hhmm was gonna ask about power levels but i asume its been fettled as i thought the original cz200t was only a 10m target rifle doing 6ftlb but it could be a cz s200 in a t stock (very popular conversion) if you need to make sure just give bill sanders a ring at aa and give him the serial no. he should be able to check what action it is and how it left the factory
  18. i would try and get a slip on style silencer hw make one but not sure if it would fit without an adapter or you could get a machined 1/2" unf thread adapter put on the end of the barrel and then the worlds your oyster
  19. theoben evo' uprates to fac easy and is not as heavy as the others
  20. not used the crossman but i have witnessed the cometa take a rabbit at well over 50yds(reggaeman on here did it ) in .177 but a bit twangy tbh
