Maybe they could use better quality wires and connectors ie more 'heavy duty' to handle being pulled twisted streched etc.i think the heads and handles feel a bit flimsy compared to clulite and some others but to be fair ive never broke one other than a small crack on the outer edge.like the focus beam though.a decent filter fitting would be good aswell like the clulite one but not sure how it would work with the rotating head.like what youre doing hope this helps

Got a pure saluki plodder type not very good on turns as his ears get in the way of his eyes no recall but can follow a hare for 13 minutes.not had any yet got bored of waiting for the courses to finish.needs a saluki enthusiast owner to get the most out of it.£599 +20 p+p

Left my terrier in the garden when she was about 8week old making tea in the kitchen heard a crowvthought nothing of it then heard a few more looked out theres five or six crows jumping around her.another time when she about four month old two crows picking at a mixy carcass dog runs over the crows fly up and start dive bombing her.she still hates them now age 9

Got a couple of those wind up lanterns and a little wind up radio in my shed.just wind it up now and again and not that expensive no batteries.have a look at camping fishing shops on the net should find one theres a few sizes

have you ever hunted or been out with anyone who hunts with dogs.are you at all interested in catching anything or definitely dont want them to. do you take your dogs where there are rabbits or avoid places with them.is it just the dogs you like or is it taking them out and watching them hunt.not being rude just a bit confused about what you want the dog for.dont know much about spaniels but maybe you could take it to shows if you are just a fan of the breed rather than what they do in the field.

Bushing with a spaniel and lurcher is fine if youre not that bothered about killing stuff and the dogs would probably enjoy themselves.only you know if youre ready for another dog.i see quite a lot of spaniels and lurchers on my walks these days and when i ask if they work them they all say no and some even keep them on leads cos "they keep bringing rabbits back" and most of the spaniels are overweight.its a shame some of these dogs could be used what theyre bred for maybe if youre not really into hunting another breed might be better for you.hate to see a usefull looking dog with that glint

How old is the lurcher do some basic training recall etc untill the springer is older then take them out together.does the lurcher chase rabbits.if it does im sure youll get a few maybe the odd bird aswell
