    Ivermectins brilliant stuff! But BE CAREFULL! It turned my plummer spastic for 24 hours and shit me right up as a result! He just had to much of it. Any more and he would of been dead or minimum of brain damaged. And as said it kills collies, no 2nd chances. Dunno why but it does, vet told me that while treating my plummer. If you dont know what your doing dont f**k about, get it done by a pro, if your dog ends up spastic or dead you will never forgive yourself! Having said that though, it will do the trick against EVERY parasite, worms, fleas, ticks, mites, the lot and protects for up to 6 mo

    Click on "add reply" down bottom right, NOT the fast reply bit. Click in the browse button and the pics stored in your computer will come up. Select one by clicking on it and then click "open" then "attach this file". Like this!

    What would which one of my dogs do? I have a simular set up to yourself although my dogs are a beagle x jr, a plummer terrier and untill a few months ago a beddy whippet grey. In all honesty the beddy whippet grey probably wouldnt off been anywhere nearby TO chase 1st or 2nd rabbit as he kept fecking off! I gave him away eventually because he made me so bloody angry by fecking off all the time but thats another story. Iv had lurchers that would retreive 1st rabbit and drop it as 2nd one bolts (most do i think) and iv had some ignore 2nd rabbit. Or even not see it. Would my beagle x jr of gone

    they are the 2 i am keeping all the rest have homes I WILL get a whippet eventually, i AM determined! Lol!!

    I too say shes to young but if your gonna breed from her anyway then i would go for a collie x grey or beddy x whippet. As has been said it does depend alot what sort of ground the pups will be working on and what sort of quarry.

    Piriton work? If so it was an allergy. Diet change needed. Probably to much protein. Or some addative in whatever youve got her on.

    My mates one does, hence he dont take the bloody thing off its lead no more! It did it twice, 3 days apart. All he knew both times was she just didnt come back, spent hours walking round calling her. 1st time she was returned by a local next day, 2nd time she was taken to the pound nest day by a non local who called him and charged £70 for feck knows what.

    Use a different vet mate! Also see how she goes with half a piriton......if the scratching stops its obviously stopped itching. Could be mange, could be an allergy. What you feeding her on? I did a job last year where the dog was scratching and had no fur left, the cat had started too and the owners were starting to get bitten. Turned out to be bird mites having left the birds nest under the eaves of the house after the birds had left. Needed a good, thorough spray about with a residual insecticide.

    Start off with a dummy. Dont bother going out and buying a proper gundog one, an empty fizzy drink bottle will do. Half fill it for weight and wrap a rabbit skin round it. Plenty of throwing the rabbit skin dummy for him to chase and catch and plenty of praise for each catch. Do you or a mate keep ferrets? If so that will give the pup plenty of opps to see rabbits running and hopefully to chase them too. If he catches any give shed loads of praise.

    Arsholes neighbours are like rats aint they, your gonna have a problem with um eventually! An idea.......anti bark coller? Iv never used um so i dont know if they work or not but maybe worth a try? As for the neighbours, as much as you want to smack the count try and make friends with them. Invite them round next time your having a knees up, get them on side. Have a good chat, get to know them, find some common ground blah blah. They wont be so quick to feck you over then, hopefully! Other than that stick your finger up and tell um to stop fecking moaning and get a life!

    If there working dogs its legal but vets are wankers and often refuse to do it. You might have to make a few phonecalls before you find one.

    Keep him as he is. Hese a only a puppy and a terrier at that, hese not doing anything out of the ordinary. If anything you should fins it amusing, keep a lead round his neck so he cant actually get to his intended targets and wait for him to grow out of it.

    I bet it didnt GIVE many funny looks tho! Lol!! As it happens there was an ad in the countrymans a few weeks ago selling poodle x grey pups. No idea what there called tho as a lab x poodle is called a labradoodle, a lab x springer is called a springador etc etc so perhaps poo hounds! Lol!!

    Whats a 9 way jab, where dya get it from and what does it cover please? Also, who keeps up to date with the jabs? Is annual jabs really needed or is it just the vets screwing as much dosh as poss out of us? Kev.
