    they love good run about in the snow Kay the grounds bin very hard up here for weeks so they have bin restricted to road work . so with the fresh snow is was good to let them off for a bit to burn off some of that built up energy. atb chester the hounds are looking very well T look a lot better if we get this ground thawed out and get some running done not be many dogs fit up here just now BB yea T i got out tuesday and was thinking here we go.how wrong could i be.

    dont give up hope mate,my dog broke its leg badly at 11 months,after a lot of metal work and rest (6 months)he came back and done his job very well.2 years later he hit a brand new fence full throttle.he was paralised for 2 1|2 weeks.his spine was badly bruised from head to tail.he came back and done his job well again.BUT as he had stopped breathing for about a minute,every now and again he threw a little wobble on the turn and was starting to get aggressive.but i am convinced this was down to the lack of oxygen to the brain,but phisically he came back and was still the most game dog for runn

    feck slipleads young man,they are trouble when plod turns up.they tell you they are for slipping onto hares.i say they are for slipping at rabbits and so, not to slip at hares any way you wont need one for another 9 months its like this if the lad wants a slip lead let him he getting offered them for free or i will get him the same as i use if he likes dont cost much :wacko:

    very healthy pups ginny, hows the big pup with the white blaze down his face, thats a seriously strong pup

    i was meaning frost and wind blown ground pal ive had 3 dogs of this breeding one was an exeption to the rule and the other 2 smashed their feet badly. the others ive seen have for the most part had time out with foot injuries.

    when your pup is grown and running.chose the ground you run,as this breed tend to have foot problems.atb

    agreed bird real dog men can see injuries,lack of fitness,maturity etc etc.so its got to be the owners although i do beleive bad breeding doesnt help.but again the owners can see faults in dogs but still breed from them
