    very good food for them, if you have a juicer, shove a load of raw veg, greens, fruit etc, through it give the pulp and juice to them as well then they are getting missing vits. etc. from just raw meat.

    i used to kill foxes etc. 25 yrs. ago, with terriers. then i thought, what's the point? so started to catch and release them. now i have hare dogs, i try to have the best possible, not had them yet, but still trying. don't want to kill every hare that i see, prefer to watch a good course. hope i'm not the only one on here who thinks this way!

    Look numbnuts, you stated that a fast killed hare is a poor hare.... I stated you cant use time as a factor alone to decide the quality of a hare. Snoop has posted similiar giving different conditions etc, backing up what I already knew.
