  1. If i was to take the plunge with a bull cross id probably seek out a genuine owner who seeks no recognition of the dogs prowess, someone who works the dogs to the standard they where bred for and feels no need to big themselves or their dogs up.I certainly would,nt go down the road of using a stud that probably needs to be doubled up,is left to pick up as much punishment as possible so the signs of conflict can be seen as some sort of badge of honour by an owner that to prove their own shortcomings lives on a dogs reputation,so ill pass, but thanks for the generous offer. You really dont hav

  4. if i had a bitch and wanted to use a bull cross over it, no, this dog is too long in the back, has no muscle tone, too short in the neck i have seen far better looking ones than this, that are proven, you should stick to what you do best rfyl, parading your dogs round the showring, then whingeing when your dog doesn't get picked out!!!!
  5. very nice robbie, where's the start of the queue for one of them mate!
  6. don't forget your hot water bottle sonny, don't want you getting in bed with your mum and dad do we?
  7. toddy is the dog i'm referring to you fool!!! that's the dog me and loads of other men have seen pull foxes out of earths alive. i've also owned dogs that have done it too. sold one to alan cocker about 1986, suppose you've never heard of cocker though have you? i,ve also owned dogs that have done it too.sold to alan cocker about 1986 that would make you need a drawing dog then ....................... end of don't do terriers now, too old and knackered. but we did it the propper way back then, only wish the real dogs were still available to young wannabe's like you! i can see t

  9. if you know ANY DECENT terrier men, ask them about a dog called toddy, from warrington. bred by frank stacey, ken gould had him for a while, smithy was same lines, best terriers ever born! fact!
  10. so why you need drawing dog then????
  11. glad this aint on terrier site, the REAL terrier men would piss themselves laughing at you pal! if you don't know what you're talking about, why show yourself up!!! :wankerzo4:
  12. LIKE I SAID BEFORE, SHOULD'NT NEED ONE. Agreed. But (pre ban obviously) a lurcher was a very handy accessory to a digging team. From marking holes, putting stuff to ground, catching bolts and drawing they are worth their weight in gold. If you dig solo (like myself), pre ban, a good lurcher freed up your hands from a gun and net bag. FTB shouldnt need one while digging is this man for real .......scared of getting bit bet your hands look well you got any terriers? if so they must be crap if can't draw quarry themselves, you're just showing us all you're an amatuer

FTB i can see your point, but have dug alone enough times and never used lurcher. never used a gun though, would use nets for foxes, but anything else would either rely on terrier to draw out then tail them myself, and release for another da

  17. bollocks!!!! oh, i see your point??? numbnuts!!! you obviously know f##k all about ANY form of working with dogs,FOOL!
  18. drawing dog!!! what would you need one for? if you're into digging your terriers should do any "drawing" for you! if they can't there not good enough, failing that you should be capable of pulling whatever it is you are diggin to out yourself no need for "macho" bull cross to do it for you, unless of course you are frightened of getting bitten! and yes, i do have plenty of experience of working with terriers.
