Best dog i've owned was greyhound bitch, brought up with terriers. lurchers round here could'nt compete with her she could kill hares before they had time to think! best wishes with yours, but why not mate her to saluki?

Now he is my type of dog,very nice, looks very well conditioned, heard only good things about him, do you own him mate? if my beuddy pup turns out as well as him I'll be a happy fella I wish i did own him!!! not my dog, he's the sire to my young dog out of roxy.

hi. which litter is your dog from, roxy or indy??, sam is a real good hare killer,fields or fens, very fast aggresive dog but plenty of wind if the hare takes some stopping, he hasnt done much this season with injury and the lad hasnt had much time to run thanks baz, he's from sam x roxy. do you know anything about roxy ?

well said, any half bred dog can catch on the lamp. so how can you have a legend! if it can't catch day time it's no use!

don't think speed is too important, what is more relevant is determination,gameness, the prey drive etc. some dogs will chase for the fun of it without having the good mouth needed to catch at all. just my oppinion!

whippet/greyhound/saluki type maybe? not being funny pal, but he looks overweight for hunting. good luck!

stick to public footpaths, through fields, if your dog is off lead and happens to chase something by mistake, surely that's not your fault?
