  1. that just wont always work tho will it??? if you know a dog bred right an worked well why not use it???????????????? id rather use a tightly bred well worked dog that somebody else owned, than a scatter bred dog that does same jobs that i owned................. so you would rather breed of dogs that you have only heard are doing something other than dogs you actually seen working???? how about finding your own pure breeds to breed off???? these "so called top lines" came from somewhere mate who mentioned hearing of?? if i was planning on usin any dog for breeding, id b

" there are a few up north doing the biz on vermin!" on what vermin ? ? thed struggle to fit in a front door let alone a hole! and if it doesent live under ground what kind of vermine is it surlie not rats a yorkie could do rats ? an airdale can do nothing a bull greyhound its size couldnt deal with 10 x better ! ! Yep know what you mean mate I was well could say preoccupied with my hands behind be back lol so Jimmy 100 had to take her to another vet about 13 miles away basically took all day to sort her but that's why you keep people around who would treat you as you would them n thang c/g very close to believe me after losing my other dog September time :laugh: certainly wont forget that one in a hurry mate!!!!! me an ali were pissing ourselves all the way back :laugh: i no you would do the same for me mate and i cant wait to pick her up 2mora what time we going???? :thumbs:
  6. we never knew anything about this dog when we first got him, im sure you have read the story mate?? but from the research ive done im sure he is!! the lads who bred him seem genuine enough and the raw power this dog has certainly doesnt suggest he isnt :thumbs:
  7. ive just been round to post this for him mate and its just a bald patch it was born with!!! ive never seen one with it before myself but its one of the bravest in the litter and dont effect it in anyway have to say they are cracking little pups that are very well socialized :thumbs: im tempted to take the bitch myself they do look crackers although can see him being left with that one,people can be funny about looks,if its the bitch that your on about go for it be nice for it to get a chance,yes i know its not a major deformity of any kind but you know what im getting at , co

  10. yes mate its been quite a hectic couple of days to say the least :whistling: but buzzing you got the phone call to say its all gone well but still along way to go tho before she is right with the two months cage rest which literally means only coming out to go toilet on the lead in the garden and then slowly ease her back after that but with it being spring and summer months she wouldnt be working anyway just a shame she will miss the evening walks out but at least you gave her a chance and full credit to you mate i no how much its cost and what you had to do to get the money together so fai
  11. so after all that you have you used your mates dog with a smooth coat :doh: sounds better than the border terrier cross i suppose, good luck with them never said i wanted to use a rough coated dog ,just one with thicker skin, fur, which this lad has, also this dog comes from london , my mate has been after the dog for a while ,afer hearing good things about it, hes had it about a week very impressed he is just so happens it on my doorstep now even better

  16. mink can make a fair old size mate i can remember years ago when i was working on a chicken farm we caught on in a double entry trap that was about 2ft long and this mink only just fit in it!!!!

    how shite were they :laugh: i used to love mine tho used to take it everywhere when i was a kid!!! i never shot anything with it they were totally useless even when i "upgraded" to the darts i think the pop out barrel was more dangerous than the pellet that came out of it!!! good fun if two of you had one each and a pocket full of corks did many of you have them as a kid??? :thumbs:
