i prefer my dogs outside BUT it makes no difference whatsoever if they are in or out

they are good lamps nice and tight bright beam and can withstand a bit of hammer if you drop them alot like me!!! gate light is handy to but only thing is they are not the best in big fields when the quarry runs away from you and you can lose sight of them easily

training is essential in a lurcher you may aswell not bother going out with an untrained dog it will only ruin the night!! as for training a dog to catch well i think thats pretty hard it has to learn that itself while out -

thanks to you all im glad you all like him i no i do!! on the weight issue i see what your saying but i think its more lack of muscle that makes him look thin as he didnt get walked for 2 months as they are not allowed to go out while owned by the council :icon_eek: the council pound were gonna put him down today but the rescue centre im getting him from seen him on some website on thursday picked him up on fri and i put a deposit down on sunday!!! im really made up about him ive always wanted a blue greyhound dog (or should that be bluehound!!!) but i didnt fancy an older ex racer and coul

picking up this fella on wednesday!! he is in a rescue centre and was going to be put down today :thumbdown: :wallbash: so i thought id give him a chance!! i took him a walk out yesterday afternoon he is a nice dog got good tight feet and uses his nose alot on rabbit runs and is sound with my other dogs but will find out more when ive had him a while. he is only 12 months old so got time to work with him over the summer for next season but not expecting a world beater just see how he does. still got his balls aswell so might use him on my bitch in a few years time but got a long way to go be

i hate certain red c**ts myself mate on a serious note tho the ban will never be overturned in my opinion no matter whos in charge its the law now and we have to except it and move on. the average cop knows he/she has got alot more important stuff to deal with than someone killing a fox they no they could be wasting time over this why someone is getting stabbed to death up the road over a turf battle!!! at the end of the day there job is protecting humans not foxes!! ive been pulled three times since the ban came in with the dogs at night and all they checked was that i was not drunk and was
