    basicly all i wanted to know was if whippets are any good cause ive been told there slow by some people and fast by other people so i wanted some more peoples opinions mate if someone has told you whippets are slow then they truly no f**k all about them!

    unlucky to all chelsea fans but the special one was right when he said he will never lose a game at the bridge!!! im a liverpool fan and although it kills me to say it benitez is not a patch on mourinho!!!! he just keeps winning and winning he hasnt lost at home while at porto,chelsea or inter, won the champions league,the league in 3 different countries, loads of different cups and he is still only a young manager!!! i think liverpool should sack rafa and get jose in and im sure ALL premier league fans would like to see him back?? the mans a genuis and motd is worse off without his post match

    fair point, had alot of lurchers over the years, only kept one till she died of old age.The others never made old bones, most got hurt working . So mine are workers 1st, pet 2nd. If you think about it, when lurchers were 1st (created)they were kept to put food on the table, and if they (didnt) do that they (werent)kept mine are both really and bird have you heard???

    cheers mate but you say SOME didnt so that must mean SOME did? obviously they cant run against a saluki or deerhound cross but i see no reason why a collie or bedo cross should have anymore than a well bred bull cross off a good working line of bulls. as for feet touch wood she hasnt got injured that way but ive ran other crosses on the same ground and they have injured feet even had a saluki cross break a toe on a golf course so hard for me to say on that whin but i see where your coming from

    i prefer bull crosses cause nothing phases them. my bull cross bitch was like an adult dog from 5 weeks old!!!! they love as much work as you can throw at them and then some!! good feet,nose,stamina,jaw power,athletic,nice to look at and there character is another massive influence to me so loyal an full of life all the time and none of the constant reassurance needed in some collie crosses. good guard dogs aswell, good with kids,people and other dogs if brought up right what more can i say apart from BULL CROSSES ARE ACE!!!! atb jimmy

    well ive the dog a while now and he is coming on leaps and bounds!!! he has put weight on and muscle but the baldness on him is only just starting to go. he is hunting well and had a few good runs but now the season is over so wont do much more. here is a couple of recent pics of him.... as you can see he is still far from perfect but defo getting there and alot better than when i first got him!!! and here is a couple of my bitch..... cheers for reading, jimmy
