    just got back from exercising my pack up in the forestry and on heather moorland and pulled loads of ticks of them only one had taken hold on the pups ear,just a note for the lads to keep their eyes open.

    he's gone now bury'd near where them photo's where taken me mate owns the field and it overlooks our house and he had a tyre hanging there he was 10 when the photo's were taken the only photo's we have are taken on the end of throwaways after holidays which is a shame, same with all the other dogs and hounds we've had over the years. he was 18" and 42lb at one time when he was younger.

    my beagle had first season at 6 months quite normal great time of year if you decide to breed in a few years time.

    as in your thumbs and forefingers touching. :which means it should be ok in a burrow in the olden days.
