  9. There used to be a dude from Finland who posted some very good badger hunting threads, of course it's perfectly legal where he lives and they were normally very good threads as well.........my pal went out there hunting with a few of these lads and he said it was a brilliant experience but a bit chilly!!! Lol They kept a decent fox terrier type that the finish lads father had brought over in the 50s and my pal said it was as good a dog as you could wish to see......maybe one day, they will send some decent fox terrier stuff back over here!! Lol lol I find it strange how some of the dog's w

  11. A setting was wrongly selected when I made some changes yesterday, should be ok now.. Well the admin and mod's are all pretty much gun toter's bunny basher's and ratter's i think ye are pretty much screwed i find it strange how the rifle lad's are allowed to pose with a shot fox but ye not allowed to hold a fox at the end of a legal dig Your making assumptions Hedz, you know nothing about myself or the mods... I get involved in all fieldsports, terrierwork,lurchers,shooting,etc... I think you will also find the posts removed are the idiots posting dogs ragging live foxes and ba
  12. Would you prefer something hardcore like foxes and deer...? Make's them the real deal eh... Most of the lads keep there business to themselves, but you do get the cranks on here posting stuff they shoudn't.. Theres too many idiots posting pointless comments... 13. i think your abit optimistic expecting or wanting should i say another 4 inch from a pup of 5mth's but ye never know with lurcher's, i would be looking more at the 19inch mark
  14. And it's very rare you see a badger picture on here and ive never seen 1 with dog's on it just a guy holding 1 maybe but from a perfectly legal country, why allow folk's from other country's on if they are not allowed to post picture's of them hunting a perfectly legal quarry ?? same apply's to fox very rare you see a dog on maybe a couple of lad's have posted picture's from ireland with a lurcher with a throat hold, but most just simply hold a fox up with the terrier in the other hand again perfectly legal in there country, have you not posted picture's yourself of foxes you have shot with you

  16. Sorry lurcher, i dont understand Perhaps they were threads will illegal images portrayed. IanB has put something in the running dog section it's perfectly legal where he live's It probably is Hedz, but perhaps with other folk pretending to live in Ireland just so they can show illegal photos Ian has had to make the decision to stop all prey other than rats/rabbits? I don't know, just an assumption? Maybe mate hopefully some new more private site's will pop up and folk's will be able to talk and post picture's of there chosen sport and if somebody would like to start 1 or 2 maybe

  20. Yes ive heard it lot's of time's fella never had a problem and never known anybody else to have a problem either to be fair ive seen dog's running through cover and hit hedge's after quarry and impale them self on a branch or hedge never nothing to serious but it certainly stopped them, i think there is more chance of that than a dog snagging itself by it's collar i think it's abit of an old wive's tale myself but i cant denie it doesnt happen just because i havent seen it
  21. Ive never seen a problem once with leaving a collar on a lurcher running through thick cover or hitting hedge's while lamping, mine go through some right thick cover and work very regular with hound's and ive never had a problem how many lurcher's have ye seen rap themselve's up in cover ? I was thinking more of them snagging on something rather than getting tangled in cover, also, because you haven't experienced any problems don't take it for granted you never will. So now your here and you also run your dogs with collars on, can I ask you why?. Yeah i leave there collar's on all the
