    i used to always have the latest mobiles with all the gadgets and internet etc, now i have a very basic samsung, rarely even use it, doesnt even have a camera on it and a netbook dont even own a camera, while we are on the subject... anyone known a decent cheap camera that is easy to use and easy to upload pics from it onto the interweb???

    I was being serious .I'm not saying shoot at the ballons I'm saying use it as a deterrent.They know they are tresspassing by landing on your land and by constently doing it they obviously see you as a soft touch (sorry).Unless you do something that makes them realise that they are tresspassing and you will not tolerate it I'd say get used to it.You're either going to do something to deter them from flying over your land or make it very difficult to gain access to your land to remove their balloon which give the police plenty of time to get there or get some friends to confiscate the ballon un

    take video evidence of the balloons flying near or over your land and of the ponies/horses/livestock panic stricken, im sure there must be laws with the aviation authoritys that they are supposed to be adhereing to, log a complaint with the police everytime they fly over the land, keep a diary listing dates and times, contact with police, phone calls to the company, written replys from the company. if you build up enough evidence you may be able to take them to court, get your solicitor to write to them, that alone might be enough to dissuade them from flying over your land and may be the
