  1. I've tried all the filters and the one that works for me is the red as the eyes show up better in my opinion and you are right they will all show eye glare some better than others and it does shorten the distance of the beam using a filter and even better when your using a lamp with a dimmer switch on as for foxes seeing colours i very much doubt it ATB BB
  2. Are you for real the filter is to help you see the glare from their eyes better are you saying that foxes see colours ?
  3. Any body want this before I put it on eBay I've used it three times and it ain't for me as I use the blitz which is a big lamp anyway for me it would be perfect for the 140 or 170 £ posted
  4. Needs stitching or staples leaving it like that will take months to heal get it sorted and will heal in no time
  5. Sorted now lads anybody thinking of buying one pm me and I will let you know the best way to go about it ?
  6. Doubt it they charge £40 to unlock it

  10. Your better of having a go yourself the best solderer in the world wouldn't put his name to one of them there's so many things can go wrong with the wiring mate
  11. Have a look here GazThere's no doubt that would be a belting setup mate but at touching £400 it's alot of coin to risk losing. Depending what you get up to of course.Keep that set up for your perm and the other for when your out dogging mate ??
  12. Not sure where I implied that they are poor lamps. You said you don't trust the quality because they are cheap. So I responded that they are cheap enough to carry a spare. The gamekeeper 120 is plenty of lamp for anyone and not just rabbits. The one issue is the battery life. But I always carry either the DL100 or DL150 in my bag as backup. I will probably get another 120 this winter and then when one dies just swap lamps. They are small enough and lightweight enough. I think this thread proves that there is no "best lamp". We all want different things from a lamp. Buy the new lig

  14. Reminds me of the old days when I would pinch a spotlight off the front of an old xr3i and sellotape a plant pot to the front lol Did you smash the glass and fit a doorbell button aswell lol, lightforce could learn a thing or three about wiring from cluson, and the PLR 500 is a pleasure to use ?
  15. Why the VP? I have never had to use it in many years if lamping. Light force should do what cluson did and put a gate light on the lamp, not the shitty led thing on the enforcer it doesn't compare. Lightforce have gone backwards imo What about the wiring?

  19. When we trained greyhounds years ago if one broke a toe it was straight to the vets and get it taken off never made a difference to its running style or time if left it will always be a weak point and may cause trouble in the future
  20. Same as jeepi26 never needed to cut mine as they get plenty of road work I'm sure someone mentioned on here before all dogs are different and you could road walk one everyday and it will still need his nails clipped as ferret said ignore the yelping the dogs just being a pussy ? ?
