hi mate, never ate them? ive heard their good eating, i gave my mate 2 the other week hes a cracking chef in my local pub so ill get some feed back from him? i usualy give them to my ferrets they seem to like them????

ive bolted quite a few rats when i was younger, i got one doe thow which had young and made a mess of my jill, even when lifting the concrete flag up and reveiling the nest and doe, she stood there guarding her young! tough cookies female rats with young mate!
