I have Raynard's which is rubbish this time of the year as my finger's keep going yellow and numb when the blood flow is restricted and the cold weather don't help..i also often wake up with one or two dead arm's but i put that down to the sleeping position at the time...once i've moved my arm's about the numbness quickly goes..i have had it for year's now and all i can realy say is try and keep your body warm when it is baltic out there and if they do go numb make windmill motion's with your arm's so the gravity get's the blood flowing again..
