    the best tip i can tell you for cooking venison is keep it plain and simple ...seal it well in hot frying pan and the put it into very hot oven ..i like mine pink... never cook in sauce it spoils it.. a bit of pink pepper corn sauce on the side is enough......before you cook trim of where the rope burns are.... forgot to add its very lean meat ..very little fat so seal it in some good quality butter....

    i wouldnt have anybody else dog ...no matter how good...i wouldnt feel like it was mine if i had got.. or bought an older dog in....it wouldnt be my time that had gone into the dog so it wouldnt be my glory ......i like to watch a good dog run its a pleasure....and when out i want all the dogs to run well...but that in no way would mean i wanted that dog ..because it wasnt my time that has got this dog to the standed it is.....if that makes sense.....jmop... .....

    mmmmmmmm..very intersting post ..i had the same problem with the nighbours cat,,,to be honest it never came round the back of my house because it would have been history in a crack ..anyway back to the best way i have ever heard of for getting rid of cat pee....it was an old gentleman who told me this.many moons ago...get a bowl of milk and ecah day give it a little drink but add a little antifreeze everyday.....if you do this for about a week somtimes it might take two ....but believe me it will stop pissing on your floor....

    catcher your heart is in the right place....but if evey dog man or woman went with there heart instead of there head....there would be more shite about than there is now....if you are happy with somthing thats just OK then thats fine ....but some people want a dog thats more then ok ...ie the best....now everybody cant have the best but aslong as people keep trying then theres going to be more dogs about thats going to be better than ok.......ie less dogs will get passed about......do you think the likes of hancock plummer ect ect didnt cull and pass dogs on then your sadly mistaken.....ive ha

    Hi MOO Its not about Breeding mate .Its about careing and giving the dog time to prove its self.If people are selling dogs under two years old because they dont meet there standards then more fool them.atb. How can you give a guy with a lab advice on how to course hares? you could try telling the young lad that a lab is going to struggle catching hares ..and he may need a lurcher type dog to give them a run for there money.....saying that my bushing terrier caught three winter hares this season....accidenty of course... Was it on the fens in January??? Thought not.... :tongue4: no it was in small fields in lancashire... ....and his lab aint running the fens either.... ..what dogs do you run mr anno..... ....     I'll correct you then, it isn't illegal to sell plastic cans for £6, and anyone can give away cider for free. your spot on mate...i remember a few year back ....when my mate had a boozer infact it was quite a few years back.... ..anyway they wouldnt renew his license for liquer so he had a few private parties ..he sold cocktail sticks for a pound or two cocktail sticks for £1.50....ect ect ..all above board and legal.... ...so supersonic your wrong ..forgot to add there was free drinks with those cocktail sticks...
