thank you otc and merlin.....me and a mate has had two traps set for a week ....with carrot in....and got our first rabbit today,,,,,,thought we might of been doing somthing wrong .....thanks again fellas..... ....also noticed ive posted in wrong bit of trapping.... ....only ever trapped rats before.....so new to this.....

pup's all over mate i dont think so let's be real mate there is a very small number of saluki owners on here and the ones i talk to are not in the coursing game to breed pup's to make a quick buck,they are passionate about there sport,the price of saluki's are high for a reason,to stop them getting in to the wrong hands, IMO there will never be as many unproven saluki's as there is bullx's and the like's,im not knocking these breeds but they are realy over bred.but thats just my opinion. youve got it you dont se pure salukis geting passed around like bullxs you no why they dont ge

i was hoping he would get bored ,, and id step in ,, ive got no chance,,, his dog will get the best of both worlds lamping with me an him , lamping with his mate , ferreting with me an him ,,, hes only in college 3 days a week so she will get her chances hes even on about the train to scotland to moos,, if i cant make any invites ,,, it must be great been young it is great being young ....i might go with him..... ive no doubts clipper the young dog will get well worked.....

well like i said in the first place ...will be interesting to see how these pures do this season.......i got a feeling it will only be a very small percentage will actually get run week in week out and then in another years time it will be saluki fooking galore on here ....pups allover the place off untried and untested dogs.....at least theres one thing it will bring the price down..... .........

best thing you can do is spend as much time with the pup as possible and get a strong bond with the pup.....being negetive will not help......just because it seems more laid back then the others dont mean jack shit .....if i was you i would take ti everywhere with me when its possible .....you never know you could have a real good dog in your kennels ......but being negative from the start will only give your pup a bad start......paitence and plenty of time spent you will see progress .....
