  1. Hunt them whilst they're there lads. The virus doesn't care whether there are ten or a thousand rabbits in an area. It will take the lot. If there comes a time, when the effect of this virus reduces, and rabbits do begin to recover, they're numbers will explode within a few years, and this will all become a distant memory.
  2. The original of that video is at a fair old distance. I blew it up just to show on here. Must be a decent bit of kit to show it up so clearly
  3. I remember well. You said you were unable to upload the footage for us all to have a proper look. Surely in the last few years you've learned how to upload a video onto YouTube so's you can share it on hear, for us all to see? At this stage you have nothing to lose. God, if nothing else, maybe it'll shut a few of us up for a while?
  4. As I've mentioned, I know nothing about thermal, compared to some of you lads. So question, what's the story with this footage? Can clearly see the cat's tail. Is this a different type thermal, that will show the full animal, and not just body heat area's? Honest question
  5. If I had the chance to meet the lad, I'd talk about other stuff, rather than big cats. The lads a world of knowledge.
  6. Here's the full footage. House cat at it's house. ?
  7. Bet if you had a gash, she'd a been right down. Covid or no Covid?
  8. What about the size of this monster compared to my XL Rotty
  9. Wouldn't nave been her first sighting either
  10. I'm sure either would survive in the British countryside. That's not an issue for me. The idea that black leopards were the most popular cat kept in the UK at the time, is not so clear though. I've searched, and found no real evidence of this being the case.
  11. I know very little about thermal, but when it comes to tails, isn't it at distance that the tail doesn't show up? At close range like in the video, the tail is very visible.
  12. Yes, BUT that is if we are to believe that only black leopards are in the UK. Two black leopards will only produce black cubs yes, but a black/normal colouration can produce both.
  13. What about ride on lawnmower? Asking for a friend
  14. 'Big cat' spotted in West Country woodland by BBC presenter Clare Balding - Bristol Live WWW.BRISTOLPOST.CO.UK 'I've seen black cats here the size of our Rottweiler'
  15. Yes, the recessive gene may make it possible I suppose. Thing is, to make that possible, there would have to have been, more melanistics released, than normal coloured Leopards, back in the day, and I don't think there is much, or any evidence of that. If there is evidence of such, I'm sure greyman would have that information. Without any proof, we can only go on hearsay, and hearsay never proved anything.
  16. This is more like what should be heard if there are any in UK lad. Any recordings in the UK of a leopard vocalizing lads?
  17. Yea we've discussed this one before. Most of us thought it was a house cat.
  18. Just seen this. Be all gone in another few years lads Welsh Government ignores the science in decision to ban Humane Cable Restraints - Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust WWW.GWCT.ORG.UK
  19. No one knows, and that's a big problem. If this lab is unwilling for it's name to be published, then they are either (A) not confident in their findings. (B) Not a reputable lab, or (C) it does not exist. Can't think of any other reason, why they wouldn't be ok with having their name published.
  20. Yup, and other don't like the plastic ones, and then you'll have lads who go to black cats / tombstone, and won't use nothing else. When it comes to any trap. They all have the ability to fail, if the person using them is incompetent. The thing with rats is that if you f**k up the first time, then it won't be fooled so easy the next.
  21. Looks a good watch, if nothing else zx6ninja (@zx6ninja77)’s videos with original sound - zx6ninja | TikTok WWW.TIKTOK.COM zx6ninja's short video with ♬ original sound
  22. Plenty poisons used in NZ, to try help eradicate several species. It's only a dream though. Just not possible apart from maybe small islands, and even at that, recolonizing is a thing.
  23. Or it could be the other way around. That is also very possible ?
